“Millemilioni” fue un ciclo de cinco especiales musicales protagonizados por Raffaella Carrá que fueron dirigidos por Gino Landi y co-producidos por canales estatales de Argentina (ATC), México (Canal 13), Inglaterra (ITC), Italia (RAI) y Unión Soviética (TSS). En cada envío Raffaella junto a sus bailarines cantaba y bailaba sus éxitos más emblemáticos, rodeada del paisaje y de las tradiciones populares de cada país. El presente registro contiene parte del especial realizado en Moscú, y en él Raffaella interpreta “I espendo tuto”, “Festa”, “A far l'amore comincia tu”, “E salutala per me”, “Antoshka”, “Pedro”, “Maria Mari” y “0303456”. Además de recorrer la ciudad moscovita, la artista italiana presencia un ensayo en el Teatro Bolshoi y asiste a una función de circo.
