Рождение ребёнка. Какой паспорт получать первым, если ребёнок родился в смешанной семье? Каждый раз, когда рождается ребёнок в смешанной семье, то есть папа итальянец, жена русская, украинка, казашка и так далее.
Я всегда советую и рекомендую стандартно, первый получить паспорт первой страны происхождения и только потом оформлять итальянские документы. Почему? Потому что итальянские законы позволяют всегда оформлять любое другое гражданство, а законы других стран СНГ, иногда не совмещаются с другими иными гражданствами. Были некоторые промежутки, например, в российском законодательстве, которые не позволяли получения второго паспорта, просили отказаться от иного. Поэтому, мой совет, рождается ребенок, сразу идете в больницу, потом в муниципалитет, получаете свидетельство о рождении. После получения свидетельства о рождении идете в консульство оформляете загранпаспорт этой страны. После того, как оформили загранпаспорт этой страны, только потом идете и получаете итальянский паспорт. От итальянского паспорта вы не убежите, поэтому можете, в принципе, не спешить.
